I believe in creating safe, inclusive spaces.

I, Erin Tatum, owner and founder of Nonprofit Nomad, am a white, heterosexual, cisgender, English-speaking, able-bodied woman. I acknowledge my privileges and intend to use my privilege to uplift and support oppressed and marginalized communities.

I acknowledge racism and racist policy make living and working difficult for many people, and I understand that I hold conscious and unconscious biases. Black Lives Matter, and no human being is illegal.

I recognize that my full-time travel takes place on the traditional territorial lands of Indigenous peoples, and my travel and work continue to impact their livelihood.
